Los Angeles, CA, January 30, 2018 – Claude VonStroke and Dirtybird today announce a special live broadcast from Dirtybird Campout East, to take place this weekend, February 2 – 4, live from St. Cloud, FL. Dirtybird Campout East has partnered with music festival digital television network UphoricTV, to produce and broadcast select artist performances from the weekend, including Claude VonStroke, Walker & Royce, Prok | Fitch, MK, Shiba San, and more with live coverage beginning Friday February 2 at 5pm EST. Viewers will be able to watch the Dirtybird Campout East Broadcast Special live for free, via www.uphoric.tv, and will need to subscribe to the UphoricTV YouTube channel here to access the stream. The live broadcast is presented in partnership with Dirtybird Records and The DoLaB – the producers of Dirtybird Campout East.
In addition to streaming the music performances, UphoricTV and Dirtybird have partnered to produce original video content, artist interviews, and custom programming throughout the weekend. The network will preview its pilot episode of Festival Rewind, which is a new original series that provides an in-depth, behind-the-scenes look at festival culture around the world. Shot on location in California in October 2017 at Dirtybird Campout West, episode one of Festival Rewind connects with artists and fans to tell the story of Dirtybird, the Campout event series, how it all began and where it’s all going. The series will debut in the spring with new episodes covering festivals from around the world, including ZoukOut! in Singapore, Snowta in Minneapolis, and others. Fans can find additional episodes of the series online by searching for #FestivalRewind.
To celebrate the inaugural Dirtybird Campout East, UphoricTV has partnered with live music app LiveList, to host a “UphoricTV Reporter,” user-generated fan contest. To enter, Dirtybird Campout East attendees simply tweet a 15-second video clip of themselves saying who they would like to interview, and why, tagging @uphorictv @dirtybird and @livelist, with hashtags #DirtybirdCampout and #UphoricTVReporter. Winning reporters will be selected on Thursday February 1, shoot for the network over the weekend, and will have their content shared across all social platforms for LiveList, UphoricTV and Dirtybird Campout.
